Me llamo Inma y soy la mente creativa detrás de Sweets Pom Pom.
For about a year and a half, I decided to take a leap in my passion for the confectionery and open my own business. However, my track record in this delicious world dates much further back. For five years, I have been sweetening the special moments in particular with my creative creations, from cakes to donuts.

The journey to my passion for the pastry
The path that led me to become a dessert career was quite unusual.
After being farewell during my pregnancy of my daughter, I found a opportunity in the midst of adversity. Thanks to a grant from the State, I was able to make a course of pastry with certification. It was during the pandemic when I began to immerse myself in the world of cakes, inspired by online videos and my desire to learn and create something beautiful.

Since then, my focus has centred on providing a bakery that not only delight the palate, but also be inclusive and healthy.
I am passionate about working with ingredients gluten free delicacies and develop options vegan and free of allergens. Each drawing, whether it is a cake or creative a donut, adapts to meet these dietary needs without sacrificing taste or quality.

An early bonding with the pastry
From a very young age, I have felt a special connection with the kitchen and the creation of sweets, but my real boost to this world began for a personal reason.
My son has allergy to the protein in cow's milk, which meant that from an early age I had to adapt my recipes and create alternatives for him. This experience not only taught me the importance of the personalized attention in the kitchen, but it also awoke a passion in baking allergen-free.
However, the target had more surprises for me. This summer, I faced new challenges when I started to have problems with gluten. This marked a turning point in my career as a dessert, because I
drove to adapt my creations to a gluten-free diet. It was a challenge, but also an opportunity to expand my skills and creating delicacies that are accessible to all.
Today, my focus in the bakery goes beyond simply meet special dietary needs. It's about sharing my passion for sweets with everyone, offering options that are delicious and healthy that you can enjoy without worries.
